Customer Returns: All products received from PlatypusCo® should be of high quality and free of manufacturing defects. In the event that a customer finds our products unsatisfactory, they may return the product within 180 days of the invoice date.

Dealer/Distributor Return: Dealer/Distributor may return any new, unused, un-opened non-saleable product, within 180 days of the date of invoice for full credit less 10%. Full credit (100%) will be given to any product subject to a recall. 

Dealer/Distributor pays shipping unless other arrangements have been made.
